SUMMARY
Stem abbreviated. LEAVES: Petiole compressed, keeled, canaliculate adaxially, 5 - 3 times shorter than blade, ca. 4 - 19 cm long, 4 - 5 mm thick, geniculum 6 - 15 mm long, tumid. Leaf blade subcoriaceous, lanceolate, more narrowed towards the base, obtuse at the apex and shortly apiculate, rather densely black-punctate abaxially, 35 - 50 cm long, 6 - 10 cm wide, primary lateral veins numerous, joined into a collective vein 6 - 7 mm distant from the margin, secondary lateral veins and smaller veins slender. INFLORESCENCE: Peduncle shorter than leaf, 25 - 30 cm long, terete, green or reddish. Spathe linear-lanceolate, ca. 5 - 10 cm long, 6 - 7 mm wide. Spadix slender, cylindric, longer than spathe, 8 - 20 cm long, 4 - 5 mm thick, olive green. Tepals wider than long, 2 mm wide, 1.5 mm long.
