SUMMARY
Stem scandent; internodes moderately elongate, cm long, 10-12 mm diam.; cataphylls herbaceous, slender, soon weathered, deciduous. LEAVES: Petiole largely sheathed, antrorsely unisulcate on the way, shorter than blade; geniculum 1.5-2 cm long, thickened; blades parchment-like, green on both sides somewhat concolorous, triangular-sagittate, 1/3 longer than wide; basal lobes divergent, 1/6 as long as anterior,; sinus large, continuous together with anterior lobe in an almost straight line, 6 veins of the posterior lobes joined in briefly naked posterior ribs, 3 innermost together with interlobar and 9-10 pairs primary lateral veins confluent in a collective vein near the margin. INFLORESCENCE: Peduncle equalling petiole, obtuse below, angled adaxially; spathe herbaceous, attached obliquely at the base, linear, acuminate, equalling or overtopping spadix; spadix cylindrical, obtuse, 1.5-1.8 dm 15 - 18 cm] long, 12-15 mm diam., dingy green, pendulous, stipitate 2-3 mm below; tepals 1/3 longer than wide; INFRUCTESCENCE: Berries obovate-oblong, protruding at the apex, green.
