SUMMARY
Sub-scandent herb. Stem.... LEAVES: Petiole 44-55 cm long, 1.14-1.45 times longer than the leaf blade, geniculum apparently long. Blade papery (when dry), elliptic or elliptic-ovate, 36.5-38 cm long, 16.5-22 cm wide, obtuse-sub-truncate at base, obtuse at the apex, the apex itself acuminate (1 cm), venation prominent on both surfaces, 9-10 primary lateral veins on each side of the midrib, emerging at an angle of ca. 65-75º. INFLORESCENCE unknown.
