Philodendron rhodoaxis subsp. rhodoaxis

Internodes 2.2-11.4 cm long. Petiole (12.9-) 19.6-42.2 cm long, P/L= (0.42-) 0.50-0.83 (-0.89), the unsheathed portion 0.8-2.6 (-2.9) cm long. LEAVES: Lamina with IQI= 1-6 (-7), subcoriaceous to (more frequently) coriaceous, ± brittle, matte (rarely) or weakly glossy to (usually) glossy above; primary lateral veins (10-) 12- 16 per side, 0.8-4.7 cm apart. Cataphylls 13.0-30.9+ long. INFLORESCENCES: Peduncle 5.7-11.6 cm long, P/S=0.58-0.82, Female portion of spadix (2.5-) 3.1-5.3 cm long, F/S=0.29-0.38; apical sterile male zone not evident. Female flowers 2.5-3.2 mm long.
