Rhaphidophora ovoidea A.Chev.
SUMMARY
Plants are apparently similar to those under T. africana, fully described by the celebrated Brown. differing never the less; spathe convolute, ovoid (not cylindric), 8.5 cm long, 5cm wide, terminating in a 10-12 cm [?] long [?] short beak at the apex. INFLORESCENCE: Spadix 7cm long, cylindric obtuse, ovary finely granulose, white; style almost absent, stigma elliptic yellowish, 1-1.5 mm diam.
