SUMMARY
Epiphyte. LEAVES: Petiole almost the same length as the blade (1-1.5 dm [10 - 15 cm] long); geniculum slightly long; blades subcoriaceous, yellowish below; obovate-elliptic, 1.25-1.5 dm [12.5 - 15 cm] long, about 5 cm wide at the middle, narrowed suddenly arcuately toward the apex, somewhat abruptly cuspidate, narrowed extrorsely toward the base in an arcuate line; primary lateral veins 15-20 pairs spreading at about a 90 degree angle, joined in an uninterrupted collective vein 3-4 mm from the margin. INFLORESCENCE: Peduncle equalling or overtopping leaves, 2.25-3 dm [22.5 - 30 cm] long); spathe lanceolate, a little decurrent at the base, reflexed, 5 cm long, 1.25 cm wide; spadix sessile, cylindrical, whitish, scarcely equalling the spathe in length (3.5 cm long, 6-7 mm diam.).
