SUMMARY
LEAVES: Petiole ca. 70 cm long, geniculum long, broadly canaliculate. Blade subcoriaceous, above obscurely green, paler below, broadly ovate-cordate, ca. 27 cm long, 24 cm wide, anterior lobe broadly triangular, narrowed extrorsely by a gently arcuate line, posterior lobes 8-9 cm long, ca. 6 cm wide in lower part, separated by an obtuse and very wide sinus, very obtuse, retrorse and gently incurved, primary lateral veins of the anterior lobe arising from the midrib at ca. 60º, 2-3 cm apart from each other, 7 on each side, joined with ascending basal veins into a collective vein a little distant from the margin, veins of the posterior lobes 6 on each side, patent and retrorse, joined into arching, strongly divergent basal ribs ca. 5 cm long standing at 120º to each other, and long-denuded in the sinus.
