SUMMARY
Stems small, climbing, internodes 1-1.5 cm long. Cataphylls 3 cm long, lacerated, covering the internodes. LEAVES: Petiole 14-18 cm longslightly sulcate, geniculum short. Blade subcoriaceous, lanceolate, obtuse or slightly emarginate at base, acuminate for 1.5 cm, very acute, 12-14 cm long, 4-5 cm wide, lateral veins numerous, 5-8 mm distant from one another, spreading [making wide angle with midrib], joining into a collective vein 3mm from the margin. INFLORESCENCE: Peduncle ca. 13 cm long. Spathe linear-lanceolate, acuminate, 3.5 cm long, 4-5 mm wide. Spadix with a stipe 4-5 mm long, 4 cm long, 3 mm thick, somewhat narrowed towards the apex.
