SUMMARY
Stems small, climbing, internodes 1-1.5 cm long. Cataphylls ca. 1 cm long, covering the stem, eventually becoming dilacerated. LEAVES: Petiole ca. 9 cm long, canaliculated. Blade lanceolate, gradually narrowing upwards, acute, 9-10 cm long, 2-3 cm wide, primary lateral veins slender, patent, joined into a collective vein distant from the margin. INFLORESCENCE: Peduncle slender, with the spadix ca. 18 cm long. Spathe linear-oblong, shortly acuminate, 1.5 cm long, 3-4 mm wide. Spadix with 2.5 cm long stipe, 2 cm long, 3-4 mm thick.
