SUMMARY
Stem short. LEAVES: Petiole slender, ca. 15 - 25 cm long, blade subcoriaceous, thin, ovate-oblong, narrowing from the lower third upwards, acuminate, 11 - 15 cm long, 4 - 6 cm wide, the lowermost primary lateral veins ascending near the margin, the rest patent, joined into a slender collective vein 5 - 7 mm distant from the margin. INFLORESCENCE: Peduncle slender, 30 - 35 cm long. Spathe linear, acuminate, 2.5 cm long, 5 mm wide. Spadix slender, cylindric, with a 4 - 5 mm long stipe, 3.5 cm long, 4 mm thick, dark purple. Tepals a little longer than wide.
